The new 3 storey facility was completed in September 2019 and houses a number of support services for the Hospital, whilst serving as a base for the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust Estates Team. Floors are zoned to allow for the Receipt & Distribution and Estates Workshops to be located at level 1, and Administration accommodation at levels 2 and 3. Level access is provided at level 1 and 2 due to the level change across the site. The upper floors are accessible by staff only, and comprise open plan office accommodation with a series of bookable meeting rooms located at each level. Staff dining areas with a south facing aspect which afford views over the City are located at each of the upper levels.
